Changing the Game, by Dan Wilds

Becoming the first female captain in Class 1 history was never going to be easy. I have coach Wymack to thank for that - he gave me my shot when noone else would. Many collegiate exy teams still have no women on their lineup, but I hope to prove that women have every right to a place on their courts. Learning to overcome the misogyny of the media was not as difficult as learning to overcome the misogyny that exists within my own team. With two wonderful women at my side, however, I am determined to take women in exy further than they have ever been before.
